Flesh Fly on stones, River Onny.

The flesh fly here was a sluggish fly, basking on the stones in the sun on the dried river bed of the Onny. I took a break from fishing to note and sketch this fly. Undertaken with watercolour, pen and ink, ink washes, gold and silver.
